NEW SINK Coagulation and settling unit
A solid-liquid separator which removes suspended solids from raw water by coagulation and settling, offering the maximum settling separation effect in the minimum space.
Features
- Uses a high-speed promoting tank with a unique mechanism that does not use mechanical agitation, and a multi-step slanted chamber which effectively separates purified water and flock, and has more than three times the processing capacity of conventional models.
- Guarantees a high removal rate (80% or more), even for high SS turbidity samples with wide fluctuation ranges.
- 3D structural design allows a higher treatment capacity compared to other devices of the same area.
- Provides a higher degree of compression of settled and separated sludge compared to conventional models.
Applications
- Separation and/or concentration of heavy metal slurry discharged from surface treatment plants
- Purification separation of magnesium, calcium and other muds during saturated brine purification processes
- Separation and concentration of slurry in the large amounts of backwash effluent generated from large-scale sand filters for industrial water, factory wastewater, etc.
- Other pre-treatment for filtration processes
