Evaporator
KANRY® is a comprehensive management system for plating solutions which integrates the following two mechanisms into a single compact system: a concentrating mechanism that significantly reduces make-up water through concentration recovery of plating solutions; and an electrolysis mechanism that simultaneously recovers metals, adjusts concentrations and removes impurities.
Features
- Efficiently evaporates and concentrates water in plating solutions, and recovers plating chemicals discharged in the rinse process.
- Simply structure due to an atmosphere-type evaporation mechanism which uses air, and there is no need to use cooling water or worry about decomposition of the plating solutions.
- In chromium plating, an attached diaphragm electrolysis unit separates and removes impurities (positive ions) from plating solutions, to prevent impurities from increasing.
- In nickel plating, an attached electrodeposition unit performs electrodeposition (metalization) or reverse electrolysis according to the concentration of the plating solution, and maintains a designated concentration.
- Very easy to operate with very few parts to break down, and requiring neither maintenance nor labor.
- A streamlined overall structural design with sufficient corrosion resistance thanks to the low-temperature evaporative concentration system.
- The integrated unit saves installation space and costs compared to conventional equipment.
