The Sepaner filtration system is an innovative, fully automatic filtration system which can continuously separate/concentrate suspended particles by using a PTFE membrane as the filter medium. Stable filtration clarity can be obtained without using filter aids, and besides eliminating the use of filter aids, other merits include keeping running costs down.

High-clarity filtration
Continuously separates submicron particles without using filter aids. Applicable to a wide range of raw solution concentrations (10 to 10,000 mg/L), and offers stable clarity (0.4 mg/L or less) regardless of concentration fluctuations during operation.
Washes and restores the filter medium in a short time, through instantaneous back-pressure washing with very little pause in operation (non-filtering time).
Easy to operate, with pre-coating, washing and discharging operations that can all be simplified. -
Concentration recovery of cakes
Concentration of cakes by repeating filtration and backwash.
Recovery of cakes at high concentration rates (100 to 3,001 times).
Concentrates and recovers pure cakes without using a filter aid. -
Improved separation/filtration process
The <Sepaner filtration system> integrates conventional separation processes such as coagulation, settlement, and filtration, and offers drastic improvements in installation costs, installation space, maintenance, etc.
Reduces both the amount of waste and running costs, since neither coagulants nor filter aids are used.
The <Sepaner filtration system> integrates two-step filtration processes for thick solutions, such as centrifugation/high-clarity filtration, into a single step.
