Features : G tube filter medium RG
G tube filter medium is a disk-shaped filter cloth filter medium which is developed to increase filtration area and facilitate wash restoration. Depending on the model, the filtration area can be secured from 0.05m2 to 0.3m2, and it can be used for small plating baths. Not only the filtration clarity but also its operability are excellent, and it is suitable for filtration of various plating solutions and chemicals for decoration, industry, and rust prevention. The filtration cloth used can be removed and washed for repeated use, making it very economical.
Features : Normal line filter medium RE
This is a SANSHIN original filter medium with filter cloths attached to normal line leaf filter media arranged radially. The number of leaf filter media varies from 16 to 36 depending on the filtration area. Pre-coated filters with normal line filter media have large filtration area per installation area. Depending on the model, the filtration area can be secured from 0.45m2 to 50m2, and it can be used for small to large plating baths. Not only the filtration clarity but also its operability and cost performance are excellent, and it is suitable for filtration of various plating solutions and chemicals for decoration, industry, and rust prevention. The filtration cloth used can be removed and washed for repeated use, making it very economical. In large-scale models, the filter cloths can be washed by bubbling, shower operation, etc. without removing.

This is a cylinder filter medium exclusively for Candle Type Filter Model FDR/FD. This cylinder filter medium is made of plastics or metals which are excellent in chemical resistance, and by attaching replaceable filter cloths made of polypropylene and such, chemical resistance, filtration clarity, etc. can be adjusted. The filter cloths used can be washed by instantaneous back-pressure washing and used repeatedly without removing from the filter. The filtration area can be selected from 2.4m2 to 51.3m2 according to the number of equipped filter media, and it is suitable for filtration of various chemicals, plating solutions, and coolant solutions.
Features : Sepaner filter medium
This is a cylinder filter medium exclusively for Candle Type Filter Model FDS. This cylinder filter medium is a filter cloth filter medium made by special lamination of PTFE membrane with excellent resistance against chemicals on the surface of non-woven fabric made of polypropylene. Filters equipped with this filter medium continuously repeat filtration and backwash, concentrating collected cake at the bottom of the filter. Due to PTFE film on the surface of non-woven fabric, very high filtrate clarity can be obtained without using filter aids, and it is suitable for recovering cake from dilute solutions. The filtration area can be selected from 2.4m2 to 51.3m2 according to the number of equipped filter media, and it is suitable for filtration of various chemicals and plating solutions.
