Since the foundation of Sanshin in 1948, as a pioneer company of industrial use filter manufacturer, Sanshin has been consistently developing the various types of filters. Filters are used not only in surface finishing but also in a wide range of industries such as machinery, chemicals, steel and food processing, for solid-liquid separation, water purification and treatment of waste water.

Since the foundation of Sanshin, one of our corporate slogans has been "save everything, clean everything". From the late 1950's, we have developed recycling systems for waste water and used metals. Our policy is to propose the most suitable waste water treatment and recycling system to our client by making use of various technologies based upon our experiences.

At our company, we are promoting the concept that the waste water treatment system is an integrated system to treat waste water and to recover and recycle metals, chemicals and other valuable resources. In 1973, we introduced the used-metal recycling facility, "Sanshin Resource Center" , to recover precious metals in the waste water derived from plating processes.
As a part of the Econoback system, various devices have been developed such as an acid recovery unit and a dewatering equipment.
